چکیده

The research on noise in electron devices has two objectives: (i) The study of specific devices, such as the parametric amplifier and the maser, to determine the physical sources of noise and the limitations they impose on the noise performance of the amplifier. The parametric amplifier with coherent input signals at both the signal and idler frequency, and the degenerate parametric amplifier are the impetus for the second objective. (ii) The determination of a measure of the optimum noise performance of multiterminal linear amplifiers. The optimum noise performance of a linear twoport amplifier is known to be expressible in terms of its minimum noise measure, a quantity that is characteristic of the amplifier. The optimum noise performance of a multiterminal pair amplifier excited by a multiterminal pair source is at present under study for the purpose of devoloping an analogous measure for the optimum noise performance of such an amplifier. A High Performance Feedback Active Noise Control System

In many active noise control (ANC) applications, an online secondary path modelling method that uses a white noise as a training signal is required. This paper proposes a new feedback ANC system. Here we modified both the FxLMS and the VSS-LMS algorithms to raised noise attenuation and modelling accuracy for the overall system. The proposed algorithm stops injection of the white noise at the op...

A Robust Distributed Estimation Algorithm under Alpha-Stable Noise Condition

Robust adaptive estimation of unknown parameter has been an important issue in recent years for reliable operation in the distributed networks. The conventional adaptive estimation algorithms that rely on mean square error (MSE) criterion exhibit good performance in the presence of Gaussian noise, but their performance drastically decreases under impulsive noise. In this paper, we propose a rob...
